Newcastle United FC is seeking an Academy Physiotherapist (PDP) to join our medical team at our Newcastle Upon Tyne base. The role delivers evidence-based physiotherapy to players in the Academy U18-U21 pathway within a Category 1 environment, including injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention support.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, contribute to welfare and long-term athletic development, and uphold safeguarding and clinical governance standards.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent required.
• HCPC registration and CSP membership are essential.
• FA Level 5 ATMMiF is required or must be held.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for Academy players (U18-U21).
• Provide pitchside trauma care for training and matches in line with FA and Premier League standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to safeguarding and clinical governance.
