Job summary

HR Dept is seeking a creative and technically skilled web designer and developer with strong Elementor and WordPress experience to join our team in the United Kingdom.

You will design in Figma, translate visuals into live sites, optimize performance and SEO, and manage client relationships. This role offers hybrid working with substantial on-site collaboration and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mid-to-senior web development.
• Extensive hands-on Elementor experience.
• Strong WordPress website building background.
• Proficiency designing in Figma and translating designs to live sites.
• Experience with SEO, DNS, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain high-quality Elementor websites.
• Utilise Elementor customization to create bespoke sites with minimal coding.
• Create original designs in Figma and implement to brand standards.
• Optimize sites for speed and SEO performance.
• Implement on-page SEO, metadata, and schema with Google Search Console.
• Manage DNS settings and domain accessibility.
• Configure Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders.
• Lead client calls, present concepts, and translate feedback into revisions.
• Scope website requirements with clients and set expectations.
• Provide training and documentation post-launch.
• Stay updated with Elementor features and trends.
