Job summary

e-resourcing Limited in Manchester is seeking a Web Designer to create and maintain high‑performing websites, taking concepts through to launch and owning client projects.

You'll design modern, conversion‑focused sites, build with Framer, Webflow or WordPress, ensure fast, responsive, secure sites, and collaborate with marketing, campaigns and accounts teams to deliver engaging online experiences. Hybrid role with 2 days in Manchester office, flexible hours and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Web Design or UI Design.
• Experience designing and building websites.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with an excellent eye for layout and typography.
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, WordPress or similar platforms.
• HTML and CSS knowledge, with some JavaScript being advantageous.
• Experience maintaining live websites and troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A portfolio that demonstrates modern, high-quality web design.

Are you a creative Web Designer who enjoys seeing your ideas come to life?

We're looking for someone who combines a strong eye for design with the ability to build and maintain modern, high-performing websites. If you enjoy taking a project from concept through to launch, rather than handing your designs over to someone else, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to join a growing digital marketing business where you'll have real ownership of client websites, working alongside marketing, campaign and account management teams to create engaging online experiences that deliver results.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing, building and maintaining websites for a portfolio of clients, ensuring every site looks fantastic, performs well and delivers an excellent user experience.

Your day could include:
