Hales Group is seeking a Test & Repairs Technician in Stevenage for a temporary to permanent position. The role requires hands-on technical skills with a strong electronics background and experience in repairs and testing.

You will support customers via email and phone, assist with repairs, and contribute to product development while maintaining health and safety standards. The role offers weekly pay during the temp phase and a view to permanent employment, with a focus on quality service

Qualifications

• Hands-on and technical skills with strong electronics background.
• Previous experience in the electrical industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in repairs and testing with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical advice and guidance to customer issues via email & telephone.
• Oversee maintenance and assist with repair operations to ensure service delivery.
• Undertake investigations and prepare reports related to customer issues and feedback.
• Review technical information and processes; update where relevant.
• Liaise with Customer Services, Sales and Production to resolve queries.
