Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking an Electronics Test & Inspection Technician on a 6-month contract in Milton Keynes. You will test, inspect, and document sensors, electronic components, assemblies, and wiring looms used across our F1 chassis and future powertrain projects.

In this hands-on role you’ll operate our full suite of test equipment, maintain specialist rigs, and work closely with a high-performance team to ensure race-ready electronics and reliability on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in motorsport or aerospace environments.
• Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals, sensor technology, and electronics testing principles.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn bespoke software systems.
• Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect, and document sensors, electronic components, assemblies, and wiring looms used on F1 chassis and future powertrain projects.
• Maintain and operate the full suite of test and inspection equipment, including specialist rig setups.
• Collaborate with the Electronics Department to ensure reliability and race-readiness of electronics.

We're looking for an Electronics Test & Inspection Technician to join our Electronics Department on a 6-month contract at Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for testing, inspecting, and documenting a wide range of sensors, electronic components, assemblies, and wiring looms used across our F1 chassis and future F1 Powertrain projects.

You’ll also maintain and operate our full suite of test and inspection equipment, including specialist rig setups that keep our technology race-ready.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in motorsport or aerospace environments (e.g. Licenced Technician / Test Technician level).
• A solid understanding of electrical fundamentals, sensor technology, and electronics testing principles.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new and bespoke software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
