Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a testing-focused engineer to cover the full cycle from R&D to product release at a client site in Slough. The role involves hands-on hardware testing, tool development, and ensuring testing plans meet project deadlines.

The candidate should apply a logical troubleshooting approach and bring experience from an engineering environment, with exposure to oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters.

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering environment in a similar role.
• Logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Familiar with hardware testing tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in all aspects of product testing, from R&D to product release.
• Prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Develop and utilise software, firmware, and hardware testing tools for product testing tasks.
• Write and execute product testing plans and strategies.
• Identify and improve product testing tools and processes.
