Job summary

ProTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector in Swindon to join a manufacturing team focused on electronics quality control. You will inspect and test products to ensure they meet customer and internal standards, with duties including visual and electrical inspections and testing PCB and cable assemblies.

The role requires reading technical drawings, using test equipment, recording results, and collaborating with Production and Engineering to resolve issues and keep on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or testing.
• Electrical/electronics/manufacturing background.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience using test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual and electrical inspections.
• Test cable assemblies, PCB and box build products.
• Check products against drawings and specifications.
• Record inspection and test results accurately.
• Identify and report faults or quality issues.
• Support fault finding and corrective actions.
• Work with Production and Engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
