Job summary
TT Electronics plc is seeking a proactive Production Engineer to support development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within its Power Electronics business. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production aligned with daily, weekly and monthly plans.

Qualifications
- Experience configuring and optimising manufacturing processes to deliver stable, repeatable production.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement projects.
- Experience introducing new manufacturing technologies, equipment or processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Support NPI projects and drive lean improvements.
- Ensure safety, quality and cost targets are met.
- Collaborate with Planning, Quality and Engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity.
