Bluegate Consulting Ltd. in Oldham is seeking an electronics-qualified engineer for a Product Engineering role within a global electronics design and manufacturing environment.

You will drive product development from concept to mass production, contribute to yield improvements, capacity planning and cost reduction, and work with cross-functional teams across design and production. A degree in electronics and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in electronics or similar.
• Must have hands-on or theoretical experience of project management.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong drive to complete tasks/projects independently or by motivating others.

Responsabilités

• Develop discrete products from definition through to mass production.
• Drive yield improvement, capacity management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead or participate in company-wide projects for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
