Job summary

DCS Recruitment seeks an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Operator for our Blackbushe-based client. You will read engineering drawings, assemble products from PCB level to finished units, and ensure high quality against production deadlines.

The role requires electronics or mechanical assembly experience, attention to detail, and teamwork in a structured production environment. The position is fixed term with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with electronics or mechanical assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products from PCB level through sub-assemblies to finished units.
• Follow engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
• Use soldering irons, crimp tools and measuring equipment safely.
• Perform quality checks to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Identify and report any issues to engineering or production teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and support stock checks.
