Job summary

KH Recruitment Ltd is assisting an Edenbridge-based manufacturing team to fill a hands-on Assembly Operator role. The successful candidate will work with electronic components, perform soldering, follow assembly instructions, and participate in quality testing to ensure product integrity.

Ideal candidates have proven electronic/electrical assembly experience in manufacturing, good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy production

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic or electrical assembly.
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment.
• Good practical skills.
• Ability to work accurately on small or intricate components.
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Soldering experience would be advantageous.
• PCB, wiring, modular or box-build assembly experience would be beneficial.
