Job summary

OSI Electronics UK is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead SMT, Conventional Assembly, Inspection and Test operations. You will drive safe, cost-effective product delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a large production workforce, develop capacity plans, and champion continuous improvement and Lean practices across the manufacturing function.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering/manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading high-volume production operations and large teams.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, quality systems, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production across SMT, Conventional Assembly, Inspection and Test.
• Ensure on-time delivery and plan/schedule production activities.
• Monitor performance and costs; drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Develop capacity plans and multi-skilled workforce; coach and develop teams.
