Let Us Introduce The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join us in our state-of-the-art production facility in Grove, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will work across our entire product lifecycle, supporting our unique radar solutions through production and assisting with the transfer of new products into Operations from development.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, capable of defining and documenting manufacturing processes, and supporting technologically advanced products. The role focuses on electronics assemblies used in our radar systems, requiring technical expertise in designing, specifying, and fault-finding PCBs.

Locations

Our facilities are located in South Oxfordshire, including Grove Business Park and Ardington, with easy access from Reading, Swindon, Newbury, and Oxford.

Role Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and report faults on radar production, providing weekly updates
  • Develop and refine testing procedures for electronic boards
  • Conduct DFMEA and PFMEA for new products
  • Perform acceptance testing for electronic components during NPI
  • Manage First Time Yield on board testing (internal and supplier-based)
  • Support PCB vendors during testing failures, including onsite support
  • Set up vendors with jigs, subassembly builds, and test instructions in Azumuta
  • Manage the BOM lifecycle for obsolescence, last-time buy, and non-recommended parts using Z2DATA
  • Record and update deviations and modifications in collaboration with R&D
