Job Description:

My client is a leading design and manufacturing company specialising in power supplies and associated electronics systems for the Defence and Aerospace industries. They are currently looking for an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join their team based in High Wycombe.

Key responsibilities of the Electronics Manufacturing Engineer include:

1. Oversee development and first-build of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
2. Support Engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development
3. Manage product costs from development through to production
4. Participate in MRB process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Experience required:

1. Surface mount, PTH, PCBA cleaning and conformal coating
2. Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles
3. Aerospace & Defence experience (desirable)
