A leading design and manufacturing company in the Defence and Aerospace industries is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer based in St Neots. The role involves overseeing the development of electrical assemblies, managing product costs, and engaging in the MRB process. Qualifications

• Experience in surface mount, PTH, PCBA cleaning, and conformal coating.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Aerospace & Defence experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and first-build of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Support Engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development.
