A leading design and manufacturing company specializing in power supplies for the Defence and Aerospace industries seeks an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer for their St Neots facility. This role involves overseeing the development of electronic assemblies and supporting engineering processes. Qualifications

• Experience in surface mount, PTH, PCBA cleaning, and conformal coating.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Aerospace & Defence experience is desirable.

• Support Engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development.
• Manage product costs from development through to production.
• Participate in MRB process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
