Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol seeks an Electronics Laboratory Manager to own the safe, reliable operation of its labs. You will lead the team that keeps facilities, equipment and infrastructure ready to support hardware bring up, validation and product testing.

You will work closely with DC Engineering, Facilities and Operations to scale lab capability, manage test equipment, ESD controls and readiness, and guide technicians to support multidisciplinary lab users.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of electronic test equipment and lab infrastructure.
• Experience with ESD prevention and lab audits.
• Knowledge of health and safety in electronics lab environments.
• Ability to plan, configure and support lab setups with engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Leadership to build and mentor a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of Bristol electronics labs.
• Manage test equipment, lab infrastructure and ESD controls.
• Coordinate goods in/out and maintenance planning.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians supporting lab users.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to enable fast delivery.
