Job summary

HUBER+SUHNER Polatis in Cambridge requires an Electronics Engineer to join our team and contribute across the full product lifecycle. You will verify complex electronic products, develop test strategies and support production with fault investigations and improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics design, development, test or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of analogue, digital, embedded and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification and validation strategies to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Create and maintain test plans, procedures and acceptance criteria with traceability to design specs.
• Define test requirements to maximise PCB test coverage and fault detection.
• Design, build and support test equipment and fixtures for engineering and production.
• Use scripting and data analysis to improve test efficiency and repeatability.
• Produce technical reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Deliver hardware and software test solutions to project schedules and standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Test teams to improve product testability.
