Ready to work on technology that defines the future of defence? We are looking for Undergraduates to join us across three cutting-edge pathways on a year long placement:
Focus on the development of complex electronic systems. You will engage in the full lifecycle - from capturing requirements and architectural design to hardware integration and final prototype testing. Specialisms include RF, Antenna Design, Power Electronics, and PCB layout.
Focus on the Missile-level blueprint. You will define electrical topologies (including requirements and architecture) as well as manage the integration of key sub-systems that form the missile, assisting in the overall build for defence systems of tomorrow. This role blends technical design with stakeholder management and performance trade-off analysis, giving engineers exposure to the missile lifecycle.

This includes specifying production testing, designing Built-In Tests (BIT), and delivering specialised test equipment.
Through our recruitment process we will work with you to ascertain the best function for you to join, taking into consideration any preference you may have. Regardless of the route you take, you’ll benefit from a programme that exposes you to the entire product lifecycle.
