MBDA UK is launching a Graduate Programme for Electronics Engineering in 2027. The role covers RF, antenna design, power electronics and PCB layout across the full development lifecycle.
You will engage in missile-level architecture, performance trade-offs and stakeholder management, with a rotational scheme exposing you to multiple engineering functions and early responsibility.
Salary: £31,900 plus a £3000 joining bonus. Dynamic Working: You'll gain valuable hands on experience in our labs and as such, time onsite is likely to be full time at the start of your programme. Security clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. This role is scheduled to close for applications at midnight on Monday 2nd November 2026 but may close earlier depending on application volumes.
