Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an Electronics Engineer in Wimborne, UK. The candidate will support analog, digital, and computer-based safety systems from design through maintenance, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with electronic/electrical equipment design or maintenance in regulated environments.
  • Ability to analyze and modify legacy equipment and systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication within teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss proposed solutions with customers to optimize cost, timescale and implementation.
  • Assist in establishing customer solutions and refurbishment requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis to define replacement needs for existing equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers for third-party equipment support and availability.
  • Carry out design and development work within area of competence.
  • Support installation and commissioning on customer sites.
  • Present a professional engineering approach to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Contribute to team capabilities and personal skill development.
  • Develop expertise across safety system and instrumentation areas.
  • Produce technical reports explaining recommended actions and their rationale.
