Job summary

Thermoteknix Systems Ltd, founded in 1982, is a world leader in thermal imaging, night vision, and AR systems. An Electronics Engineer will design, develop, test, and support electronic hardware across Thermoteknix products, collaborating with mechanical, software, firmware, and production teams.

The role is hands-on with strong emphasis on reliability, manufacturability, and environmental testing in high‑performance imaging systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience designing electronic hardware for high‑performance products.
• Strong analogue and digital circuit design skills.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design processes.
• Proficient with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers).
• Ability to debug complex electronic systems at board and system level.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits and assemblies for new and existing products.
• Produce schematics, PCB layout guidelines, and design documentation.
• Support analogue, digital, power, video, and embedded electronics.
• Integrate electronics with FPGA, microcontroller, sensor, display interfaces.
