Job summary

Red Bull Technology, a high-performance innovation hub, seeks a proactive Electronics Documentation Manager to maintain and improve the Electronics Department's documentation across Design, Test & Inspection, and Manufacturing.

You will identify gaps in documentation, codes of practice, and design standards, driving consistency and efficiency while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Team Planner, Epicor and Microsoft Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Create, maintain and review accurate, up-to-date electronics documentation.
• Ensure consistency with design standards and codes of practice.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Design, Test & Inspection, Manufacturing.
• Identify gaps and drive standardisation across teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best-practice documentation processes, tools, and standards.
• Manage review and approval of new and updated documentation with stakeholder sign-off.
• Drive adoption of Electronics Standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused documentation solutions.
• Maintain and enhance design standards, processes, and guidance materials.
