Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electronics Development Technician to join an innovative medical technology company in the UK. You will play a hands-on role developing and debugging life-changing electronic prototype systems alongside Electronics Engineers in a fast-growing R&D environment.

In this role you will assemble, integrate and test prototype systems, perform PCB assembly, rework and soldering, and help with schematic capture, PCB modifications and prototype development.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling and debugging electronic systems.
• Strong PCB soldering and fault-finding skills.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters or similar test equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, integrating and testing complex electronic prototype systems. Working closely with Electronics Engineers, you'll carry out PCB assembly, soldering, fault finding and hardware testing, while also supporting schematic capture, PCB modifications and prototype development.

This role would therefore suit an individual with strong PCB assembly, soldering and fault-finding experience who is looking for a highly practical role within an innovative and rapidly expanding medical technology company.

The Role:

• Assembly, integration and testing of electronic prototype systems
• PCB assembly, rework, soldering and fault finding
• Support electronic design, PCB modifications and prototype development
• £35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday

The Person:

• Experience assembling and debugging electronic systems
• Strong PCB soldering and fault-finding skills
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters or similar test equipment
• Commutable to the Long Eaton area
