Job summary

STI Limited in Hook, Hampshire is seeking a Test Technician to ensure quality across our electronics products. You will test, diagnose, and program PCB assemblies to customer specifications, supporting production throughput and quality targets.

The role requires careful attention to detail, hands-on electronics experience, and the ability to document test results accurately. We offer training, pension, health benefits, and flexible working options with an onsite permanent contract.

Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and passionate about electronics? We're looking for a Test Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our customers' products.

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely testing, diagnosis, and programming of PCB assemblies, working to customer specifications and company processes to support production throughput and quality objectives.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Testing and diagnosing customer product to company and industry standards
• Reporting work status to Test Manager, Test Team Leader and Test Engineers
• Maintaining accurate test data sets
• Programming devices to customer specifications
• Carrying out basic fault finding where required

This role is a full time, permanent contract onsite in Hook, Hampshire.
