Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, a global leader in fluid management, seeks an experienced Electronics Design Manager in Redruth, Cornwall. Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced electronic solutions for pumping applications, guiding a multidisciplinary team in a culture of innovation and rigor.

You will shape product strategy, manage budgets, ensure compliance with EMC and safety standards, and partner with product management, sales, and customer support to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years leading electronics design in a regulated, high-tech setting.
• Experience across embedded electronics, sensors, and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics design projects from concept to production within budget and schedule.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing electronics team and cross-functional partners.
• Drive design verification, risk management, and robust documentation.
• Collaborate with product, mechanical, software and manufacturing teams.
