Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Component Engineer to join a high-performance computing hardware team responsible for selecting components and evaluating reliability across complex PCB assemblies.

You will collaborate with hardware, PCB and manufacturing teams, assess obsolescence risks, and maintain lifecycle documentation as part of a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in component engineering, electronics manufacturing or hardware development.
• Understanding of semiconductors, passives, connectors and PCB-level components.
• Familiarity with compliance, reliability, lifecycle and qualification processes.
• Ability to interpret datasheets, reliability reports and component documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

The Component Engineer will support component selection, reliability assessment and lifecycle management across complex PCB assemblies. This Component Engineer role offers broad exposure to supply chain, manufacturing and hardware design within a fast‑paced engineering environment.
