Job summary

Protec Security is seeking an Electronic Security Systems Engineer to commission, service and maintain intruder, CCTV and access control systems for commercial clients. You will work on IP security systems and large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, ONC, HNC), have experience in security engineering, a valid driving licence, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. The role offers a 40-hour week, paid travel, overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Full electrical-based qualification (City & Guilds, ONC, HNC, etc.)
• Experience in electronic security engineering
• Full and valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of new security systems and additions to existing systems
• Routine servicing and reactive maintenance of security systems
• Maintain accurate and high standard of paperwork for customers and the company
• Undertake 'On-Call' duties as part of the Area Team
• Work under instruction from Security Administration Team Members
