Job summary

Lorien in Bolton is seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician to support production activities at a state-of-the-art facility. You will assist on the shop floor, applying your lab experience to bring designs to life and uphold process and quality standards.

You'll carry out technical activities under guidance, inspect equipment, run design and test work, and document findings. The role offers an onsite, full-time contract supporting missile module projects and collaboration with engineering

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a lab, manufacturing or shop floor.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electronic & Electrical Engineering ideal, and/or HNC/HND in the same.
• Experience with inspection, verification and fault resolution.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Collaborative approach to team engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an Electronic Engineering Technician to support production activities at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You'll see designs come to life on the shop floor while supporting customers, with the chance to broaden your skills across electronics.

The role:

• Support advanced missile modules and subsystems, with scope to work on launcher assemblies

What you'll need:

• Previous hands-on experience in a lab, manufacturing or shop floor environment
