Job summary

Lorien in Bolton is seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician to support production design on site. The role involves hands-on work on shop floor electronics, inspection, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to missile module and launcher assembly projects.

The position requires practical lab or manufacturing experience, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent HNC/HND) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, and strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a lab, manufacturing or shop floor environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (ideal) and/or HNC/HND in the same.
• Experience with inspection, verification and fault resolution
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• A collaborative approach to team engineering decisions

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an Electronic Engineering Technician to support production activities at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You'll see designs come to life on the shop floor while supporting customers, with the chance to broaden your skills across electronics.

The role:
