Job summary

TBG Solutions is seeking a hands-on Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our engineering team in the Chesterfield area. You will work on electrical assembly, panel wiring, soldering and mechanical assembly, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and IPC certification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in electrical assembly, panel wiring or soldering.
• Willing to develop through training and achieve industry qualifications such as IPC certification.
• Able to obtain SC security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bespoke equipment and sub-assemblies under supervision.
• Work closely with engineering team on builds and test procedures.
• Take part in structured training and mentoring to expand skills.
