As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you will support the design, development, testing and commissioning of bespoke engineering solutions. You’ll work as part of a multi‑skilled engineering team, learning how to turn customer requirements into practical, reliable solutions. A key part of the role will involve developing software using National Instruments LabVIEW, alongside interfacing with commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) instrumentation, custom‑designed hardware and other software technologies. You don’t need to be an expert when you join us. What matters is that you have a strong engineering foundation, a willingness to learn and the enthusiasm to develop your career. With support and mentoring from experienced members of the TBG team, you’ll progressively take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
