Tennial Personnel are recruiting Electromechanical Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing business based in Risby, Suffolk.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative engineering business on an ongoing temporary basis for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to be offered a permanent contract dependent on individual performance and business requirements.
The role requires a solid technical background, experience working with precision hand tools, and the ability to build high-quality electromechanical products to strict safety and quality standards. Previous experience of electrical testing, particularly testing three-phase manufactured equipment, will be advantageous.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical products and components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
- Carry out mechanical assembly and component installation
- Use precision hand tools to assemble products to high safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Carry out in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
- Assist with electrical testing, fault finding, and inspection of completed units where required
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Identify and report assembly, quality, or technical issues promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Support the wider production team with additional duties as required

Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in electromechanical assembly or a similar engineering/manufacturing role is essential
- Experience of mechanical assembly and electrical wiring is essential
- Previous experience of electrical testing is advantageous
- Experience testing three-phase manufactured equipment would be highly beneficial
- Relevant engineering, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
