Job summary

Proactive Technical Limited is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician based in Swindon. This role involves building and maintaining advanced electro-mechanical systems and working as part of a fast-paced operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong fault-finding skills, experience in assembly and testing, and the ability to work with both mechanical and electrical systems. The position offers a salary range of £32,000-£42,000 DOE along with opportunities for ownership and growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, build, test, maintenance or repair work.
• Confidence working with wiring, electronics, mechanical components, hand tools and technical drawings.
• Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and system-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Building, assembling and configuring electro-mechanical systems, sub-assemblies and components.
• Conducting bench testing, inspection, fault finding and system validation.
• Performing routine maintenance, repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting across systems.
