Job summary

NEUTRA is looking for a hands-on electro‑mechanical technician to build, test and diagnose automated equipment for regenerative medicine manufacturing in West London.

You will assemble mechanical and robotic components, read engineering drawings and electrical schematics, and identify root causes of faults. The role offers practical training and a clear path to deeper technical expertise in a biomedical setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, build, test or maintenance experience.
• A practical engineering qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, commission, diagnose and improve complex automated equipment.
• Read engineering drawings and electrical schematics to guide assembly and testing.
• Fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems to identify root causes.
• Rectify faults in-house and at customer sites when needed.
• Work with suppliers when bought-in components don’t meet requirements.
• Feed practical improvements back into assembly methods and procedures.
