Standard Work Hours:
Compensation
- Hourly Rate commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring

Responsibilities:
- Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
- Have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs.
- Perform the work of lower-classifications as required.
- May direct the work of others in lower classifications.
- Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
- Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
- Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and services including panels, breakers, and conduit.
- Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures, and complete circuits according to diagrams.
- Perform repairs, installations, replacements, and testing of electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools.
- Perform other work as directed by the Group Leader.
Qualifications:
- Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years of work experience required.
- Ability to use a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
Physical and Background Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, sit, perform manual dexterity tasks, stoop, and bend.
- Pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
