Dovetail and Slate Limited is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Assessor to visit apprentices across the region and assess progress against qualification standards. This field-based role requires travel between employer sites with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will build strong relationships with apprentices and employers, ensure on-site training translates into competence, and maintain accurate assessment records to meet awarding body requirements.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Multi Skilled required.
• Significant industry experience in electro-mechanical discipline.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.

Mansioni

• Carrying out regular workplace visits to assess apprentices against their qualification criteria.
• Providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets to support learner progress.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date assessment records in line with awarding body requirements.
• Liaising with employers and workplace supervisors to monitor apprentice development.
• Supporting apprentices through to successful completion of their qualification.
