Job summary

Redline Group Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a leading supplier of advanced electronic solutions to the Oil & Gas industry. The role focuses on building power amplifiers and sub-assemblies with strict attention to quality and documentation.

The candidate will work within a fast-paced environment, following detailed drawings and production schedules. A British Passport is required, with IPC-A-610 certification preferred and experience in complex

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments.
• Proven soldering experience to IPC-A-610 standards.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly, manufacturing, and rework techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build power amplifiers in line with detailed manufacturing documentation.
• Assemble sub-assemblies from technical drawings and build instructions.
• Build and integrate complete systems to specification.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to production schedules and meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

An innovative electronics manufacturing business specialising in Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its growing team in Cheltenham.Supporting the oil, gas, and mining sectors, the company designs and manufactures cutting-edge electronic systems used across global operations.

Key Responsibilities for this Electro-Mechanical Assembler job based in Cheltenham:

• Build power amplifiers in line with detailed manufacturing documentation.
• Assemble sub-assemblies from technical drawings and build instructions.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Week 2: Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Weekend pay is included within the package.
