Job summary

Mark May is seeking an experienced Electrician to cover Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The role involves fault finding, testing and inspection across domestic properties, with a permanent contract and opportunity for progression.

You will perform EICRs, install and upgrade consumer units, and handle reactive and planned maintenance. A UK driving licence and 18th Edition are required. Salary £40,000-£45,000 with overtime and callouts, 21 days holiday, pension and a company van.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with domestic fault-finding and EICR experience.
• Proven ability to test, inspect and upgrade electrical installations.
• Valid UK driving licence and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• EICRs and testing/inspection works.
• Consumer unit and circuit upgrades.
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Emergency call-out duties as part of a rota.
