Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as electrician or electrical tester, including EICR and electrical maintenance within housing or domestic properties.
• Experience in social housing or housing associations is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as NVQ 3, AM2, 18th Edition and 2391 are required.

Responsibilities

• Work in domestic properties performing reactive maintenance, testing and rewires.
• Change sockets and lights; carry out reactive maintenance in social housing properties.
• Provide good customer service and maintain safety standards.
