Fortem Solutions seeks an Electrician for our responsive repairs and maintenance team. The role covers social housing properties around Rugby, Warwickshire, with travel and a full UK driving licence required. Monday–Friday 8:00–16:30, with a competitive salary and company van, fuel card, and tools provided.
Responsibilities include first-time fix targets, electrical installations, inspections, EICRs and collaboration with other trades. DBS check will be required.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Electrician to join us on our responsive repairs and maintenance team at the Orbit Housing branch. This will be covering a patch of social housing properties across Rugby, Warwickshire and surrounding areas, therefore travel will be part of this role and a full UK driving licence is essential.
The core working hours are Monday to Friday Start at 8.00am-4:30pm We provide a competitive salary + Company Van, Fuel card and Power Tools.
+ Generous paying ON CALL Rota (Approx. 1 week in every 5-6 weeks)
Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple workstreams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing.
