Job summary

Gov Facilities Services Limited (GFSL) seeks a fully qualified Electrician (Level 3) to support the HMP Bure facilities team in Norfolk. This is a full-time position on a 39-hour week, emphasizing safety, reliability, and a secure prison environment.

The role involves working with experienced trades colleagues on commercial/industrial electrical systems, focusing on planned and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with BS7671 (18th edition).

Qualifications

• Certificate in BS7671:2018 (18th edition).
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services with relevant NVQs and AM2/AM2S.
• Two years' experience as a fully qualified electrician.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
