Job summary

SavaWatt Controls in the United Kingdom invites motivated individuals to join our electrical team as a hands-on apprentice. You will receive comprehensive training, work on commercial projects, and gain practical experience alongside experienced electricians.

Requirements include NVQ Level 3 (or NVQ2), willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel to sites across the UK. Tools and equipment provided to support your development.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Assist in the installation of electrical components and wiring in commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent would be preferred, but any NVQ 2 in any electrical-related course will be considered.
• A strong desire to learn and develop skills in the electrical field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the UK.
