Job summary

Yorkshire Housing Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team. You’ll cover electrical workstreams, from EICRs to repairs and installations, across properties in Yorkshire, with a focus on quality and safety. You’ll be supported by modern tools, a company van and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 or recognised equivalent qualification.
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th edition) qualification.
• NVQ in Electro technical Services and AM2 Certification.
• 2391-51 Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all electrical workstreams including EICRs and remedials.
• Carry out electrical repairs and alterations to fittings in empty and occupied properties.
• Provide certification and reporting on the condition of electrical components and equipment.
• Plan and install lighting upgrades and heating upgrades as required.
• Collaborate with other trades, administrators and suppliers; be the face of Yorkshire Housing to tenants.
