Salary: £38,333.37 - £41,818.21

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 39hrs

We are seeking a dedicated fully qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Maidstone, a CATEGORY C & Adult Male prison.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical, time-bound services to HMPPS. The ideal candidate will have:

• Certificate in BS7671:2018 (18th edition)
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services (City & Guilds/EAL), including NVQs and assessments (AM2/AM2S), e.g., 2367 or 2357
• Two years’ experience as a fully qualified electrician
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
• Knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organizational, time management, and people skills
