Electrician / Electrical Engineer (Site Based)

£38,220 + Further Training + Career Progression + Static Role + Pension + Late Shifts

Tewkesbury (Commutable from: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, Stroud, Evesham, Cirencester, Malvern, Bromsgrove)

Are you an Qualified Electrician looking for a static, site-based role with real training support and progression as the business continues to grow? Do you enjoy working across facilities electrics, installations and testing on single and three phase systems?

This is a permanent position with a long-established, family-owned FMCG manufacturer, offering a stable Monday-Friday afternoon shift and a business that will support further qualifications and development.

You'll be joining a business that is invested heavily into its site and machinery, they are a well-established company, yet remain a family business at heart, with a strong long-term outlook and the opportunity to progress for the right person.

Working from their production and distribution site, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, installation work, and electrical inspection/testing while ensuring compliance and safe standards across site.

This role suits a high-standards engineer who is motivated by technical development and recognised progression, and wants a long-term, static position rather than field work.

The Role

• Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, repair and testing across a production & distribution site
• Electrical installation work including single and three phase systems (wiring, sockets, lighting etc.)
• Monday-Friday afternoon/evening shift: 13:45 - 21:45 (37.5 hours)

The Person

• Qualified electrician
• Holds 2391; 18th Edition ideally (will consider 17th)
• Comfortable with electrical installation, inspection/testing and compliance-led work on site
