Job summary

Henley Chase in London and the South East is seeking a Qualified Electrician to join a growing delivery team on domestic and commercial projects. This permanent PAYE, full-time role offers an immediate start and exposure to public sector contracts.

You will carry out installation, testing and certification, complete EICRs, and ensure compliance with BS 7671 and current regulations. A driving licence is required, with travel across sites across London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
• 18th Edition BS 7671.
• City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
• 2391/2392 or 2394/2395 qualification.
• Strong experience in electrical testing and certification.
• Experience completing EICRs within domestic and commercial buildings.
• ECS Card or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional and committed approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a deadline-driven team.
• Willingness to travel throughout London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and testing works across domestic and commercial properties.
• Complete electrical testing and certification.
• Undertake EICRs and identify faults or remedial works.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and relevant standards.
• Work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Liaise professionally with clients, customers and other members of the delivery team.
• Complete relevant paperwork and certification accurately.
• Travel to various sites across London and the South East.
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and customer satisfaction.
