Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL are recruiting an Electrician to join a well-established electrical contractor near Swindon. The role covers domestic, commercial and industrial projects with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Salary £38,000–£45,000 with generous overtime, a company vehicle, tools allowance, pension and ongoing training including testing/inspection where desired. You’ll need 18th Edition BS7671, a UK driving licence and a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Experience carrying out electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding
• Experience completing EICRs or an ambition to develop within testing and inspection
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent desirable; candidates currently working towards the qualification will also be considered
• Commercial, industrial and/or domestic electrical experience
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards of work

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding, testing and inspection across domestic, commercial and industrial projects
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain the company’s reputation for quality workmanship and service
• Support apprentices and less experienced electricians where appropriate
