Northern Tec Ltd is seeking an experienced electrician for a full-time, on-site role based in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. The position covers domestic and commercial electrical work, EV charging, Solar PV, and testing with opportunities across the North West.

Essential qualifications include City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th Edition) and 2391 Inspection & Testing, plus 3+ years of experience and a full UK driving licence. Travel and overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Electrical Installation (City & Guilds 18th Edition).
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of practical electrical experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and ability to complete testing, certification and documentation accurately.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Electrician – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Thornton-Cleveleys, covering Lancashire and the North West

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Northern Tec Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable and organised electrician to join our growing team. We are a professional electrical and renewable energy contractor delivering domestic and commercial electrical work, EV charging, Solar PV, testing and inspection, and larger installation projects.

Essential requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification City & Guilds 18th Edition
• Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification, or equivalent
• More than three years’ practical electrical experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations
• Ability to complete testing, certification and job documentation accurately
• Willingness and ability to work away from home when required

Preferred experience

• Domestic and commercial EV charger installations
• Solar PV and battery storage installations
• Renewable energy systems
• Commercial electrical projects
