Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the UK is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our compliance services team covering the Yate and Bristol areas. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime and call-out rates to enhance earnings.

You will carry out routine testing, responsive repairs, and ensure works comply with IEE wiring regulations while maintaining health and safety standards. Travel is required; a van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar residential housing role.
• Must hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition BS7671.
• City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine testing of electrical services in customers' homes.
• Perform responsive repairs in line with work schedules and procedures.
• Follow IEE wiring regulations and health & safety best practices.
• Record status and condition of electrical services equipment on certificates.
